LIMAB opens UK office in September 2007

LIMAB AB, the Swedish based company who has a world-wide reputation for excelence in manufacture on non-contact laser measuring systems and laser sensors, have opened a UK office. The new office is part of LIMAB's stratergy to improve their presence in various export markets. The new office will serve both the UK and Irish markets. The full range of LIMAB products can now be purchased direct from LIMAB UK Ltd. The new office will be headed by John Miller who has 17 years experience in LIMAB products and non contact laser measuring systems within industry.

New WireProfiler mill gauge
 

LIMAB have extended their successful HotProfiler and TubeProfiler products  by adding a new gauge to the range. The new gauge is designed for smaller dimensions typical of hot wire and rod mills. The new WireProfiler and is designed to measure in process any hot rolled round, square, flat or hexagon shaped product in that is in the range of 2-50 mm. The WireProfiler uses the same proven software that is found on the larger models of gauges. The WireProfiler will minimise mill set up time and improve mill yield. LIMAB (UK) Ltd LaserSpeed distributor 26/03/2008
