XLR30 Laser Distance Sensor
The LIMAB XLR30 laser distance sensor is for measuring distances of up to 30 m direct to objects or up to 100 m with a reflective target. It is suitable for many industrial applications where the position of an object needs to be precisely tracked. The sensor measures directly to objects making it suitable for measuring to hot steel or other difficult surfaces. The sensor is equipped with a RS232/422 or Profibus SSI interface. Typical applications include measuring the position of hot steel slabs to tracking the position of trolley or carriages in material handling applications.
