The InfraLab has been providing production and quality management personnel with rapid, reliable and accurate data on samples collected for at-line or in-laboratory testing. Testing for moisture levels, fat & oil content or protein levels takes a matter of seconds thus replacing older more time-consuming and expensive methods. Now the InfraLab’s technology has advanced even further with the introduction of a Top Loader analyser ideal for powders, ground products, beans, grains, semi-solids and sheet products.
Available in single or multi-component formats, the Top-Loader provides far more consistent results using a sapphire-based sample pot which allows for a perfect presentation of the material without any risk of contamination or variation. The result is high repeatability and reproducibility with almost zero variation.
In addition to measuring moisture, protein, fat & oil, the new InfraLab can also analyse colour, offering production and quality control staff even more confidence in producing a perfect product. Measurement time is less than five seconds and includes simultaneous colour (CIE L*a*b*) measurements.
