New InfraLab Series 9 NIR Food Analyzer
Replacing the popular InfraLab e-Series Analyzer, the InfraLab Series 9 Analyzer incorporates the extensive feature set of the Series 9 making it the most powerful, high-performance, multi-constituent, at-process NIR analyzer on the market today.
The InfraLab Series 9 has specifically been designed to have improved usability and greater flexibility with regard to the range of food products that can be tested straight out of the box. The introduction of the embedded calibration tools simplifies the calibration process, whilst also providing the user with the ability to keep a full audit trail of any alterations that are made.
With three models available including the InfraLab Series 9 Meat Analyzer, the InfraLab Series 9 Food Analyzer and the InfraLab Series 9 Industrial Analyzer, the new and improved InfraLab Series 9 Analyzer boasts the following benefits:

Series 9 Colour Measurement
Since its launch in March 2020, the Series 9 has successfully been used by companies within the food processing industry to simultaneously measure moisture, fat/oil, protein and degree of bake/brownness (DOB).
The DOB feature, measures the change in bake or brownness of the surface of baked or fried products, using the principle of the Maillard reaction. However, the food processing industry has also expressed a need for other accurate colour measurements.
The new Series 9 now has the capability to provide repeatable, numeric colour readings simultaneously with other critical constituent measurements such as moisture, fat/oil, and protein, which when combined can be confidently used as part of a process control strategy to deliver consistent product quality every time.
This Series 9 is the only on-line measurement gauge on the market with this unique colour measurement feature and examples of possible applications include:
