Impac® Series 600 Pyrometers
Customisable Modular Multi-sensor Pyrometers
The Impac® Series 600 is a customisable modular multi-sensor head pyrometer suitable for measuring temperature in the range of -40°C to 700°C for non-metallic applications.
The sensor configuration can be easily customised by using different combinations of the following system components:
- Converter Box
- Sensor Heads
- Multi Box
The converter box can be connected to up to sensor heads or up to two optional multi boxes that connect to up to four sensor heads each, meaning that it is possible to use up to eight sensor heads for measuring temperature in eight separate measuring locations with a single converter box. The sensor heads are available in three different optics, with the field of view 2:1, 10:1 or 20:1 and a single system can have a combination of different sensors heads.
The Impac® Series 600 is easy to install, use and maintain. The modular concept and compact pyrometer heads of only 14mm diameter allow temperature measurement in multiple locations, even where space is restricted. The pyrometers are supplied with Windows Infra600 software, that allows configuration and graphing of up to eight channels simultaneously. Damaged sensor heads can be easily replaced without having to replace the entire cable, reducing maintenance costs and increasing uptime.
