We will be attending this years METEC international trade fair held at Düsseldorf, Germany. LIMAB have 30 years experience of development and manufacture of lasers sensors and measuring systems. We specialise in inspection equipment for in- process measurement to improve product quality and reduce manufacturing costs for our customers. For this year’s event will have a fully operational HotProfiler system on display. The HotProfiler uses LIMAB’s unique rotating triangulation measuring principle providing unparalleled measurement of the the shape and dimensions of hot rolled bars or tubes. We will also have a SlabProfiler using our new ProfiCura-2D sensors for width and edge profile measurement of slabs on continuous casters. In addition we will have other laser sensors on display suitable for measurement of width, length and position for all types of applications found in steel mills.
We also would like to invite customers to to visit the Beta LaserMike stand located in hall 05 stand no A29 where you will find the complete range of LaserSpeed® products. LaserSpeed® non-contact gauges accurately measure the speed and length of hot or cold steel and have many applications in steel plants from continuous caster speed and length, tube/bar/billet length, strip elongation, and sawing/shearing length control.
LIMAB will be attending this years LIGNA international trade fair held at Hannover, Germany. LIMAB specialise in laser measuring and scanning systems to optimise sawmills operations. We will have a number of measuring and scanning systems for in-process non-contact measurement on display. In fact we are showing for the first time two brand new products that we trust you will find of interest.
Wood based producers will have a particular interest in our PanelProfiler, this is our non-contact laser based in-process panel thickness measuring system.
Sawmills will be interested in our new BoardProfilerL a scanning system for lineal conveyers for wane optimisation for board planers and flooring production lines. Also for sawmills we will have on display our new ProfiCura2D cup detection system suitable for both lineal and transverse conveyors. Both products are based on our latest laser 2D profile scanners.
